DR. JAROSLAW, age 91, of Cheltenham, PA, passed on Nov. 1, 2012 with his family by his side. Dear husband of Vera (nee Sushko), beloved father of: Dr. Marta Kaczaj Vosbikian (James), Roman (Dr. Olha); and Markian. Loving grandfather of Christina, Mark, Zachary and Emilia. Funeral services begin 11 A.M. Thurs. at Annunciation BVM Ukr. Catholic Church, 1206 Valley Rd, Melrose Park, viewing at 10:15 A.M. In lieu of flowers donations in his memory may be offered to: Annunciation BVM Ukr. Catholic Church; United Ukr. American Relief Cmte., Inc. (ZUDAK), 1206 Cottman Ave., Phila., PA, 19111; or the Ukrainian Educational and Cultural Center, C/O Handicap Ramp, 700 N Cedar Rd, Jenkintown, PA 19046.
