Joan Falloon Obituary

FALLOON
JOAN, born on Staten Island, NY, she became a resident of Manalapan, NJ in 1970. She was a Vice President of Andrew Weir & Co. for over 35 years retiring in 1999. At the time of her death she was employed as a Parish Secretary for St. Anthony of Padua R.C. in Highstown, NJ. This was a ministry for Joan, which she deeply loved and where she experienced support and community especially when her cancer returned. Joan is predeceased by her parents; a brother, William, and a sister, Mary Ellen. She is survived by 5 sisters, Margaret E. and Patricia R. of Manalapan; Sister Anne Marie, S.C., Sister Barbara Jane, O.P., Elizabeth Hunt (William), and a brother, Roger (Rosemary). She is the cherished and loving aunt of William and Laura Hunt, Susan and Chip Murphy, Kathleen and John Gresco, Timothy and Cathy Hunt, Roger Falloon and Kristen Falloon. Thirteen grandnieces and nephews were the joy of her life. Funeral from HIGGINS MEMORIAL HOME, Freehold, NJ, 9:15 A.M. Saturday. Mass of Christian Burial St. Gabriel's Church (Rte. 39 Marlboro, NJ) 10 A.M. Interment to follow St. Gabriel's Cemetery (Marlboro, NJ). Friends will be received Thursday 7 - 9 P.M.; Friday, 2 - 5 and 7 - 9 P.M.
