Mothersday
This is the fourth time I had to go to a cemetary to be with my wife but at least i was with her. I gave her the most beautiful white flowers I have ever seen. I have been a very sick man since I was 36 years old, but i consider myself luckiest man on the planet because Joann was my wife. This message is late because of computer promblems. For those who care about my wife i was with her on easter. The flowers i had where pretty flowers but not easter flowers they where all gone. but my son found beautiful tulips on wednesday so i took themm to her grave, so now she had both kinds of flowers. Joann use to decorate, make eggs and baskets and make a dinner like nobody else could. MY wife was truly the real easter bunny

April 6th 2009 I was at me wife's grave its been three years since she has passed on. It was pouring rain and very very windy and cold. I put the most beautiful flowers with all different colors on her grave. A worker dug me a small hole and he put two big stones to hold the flowers in place. I offered him money but he would not take it. He said to me you really must have loved her to stand out in this weather all i did was nod my head up and down.I told him God bless you for helping me. He said,God bless you and your wife.So you see Jo even strangers love you this is the truth so help me God.

My sons computer has been broken for the past two weeks and now it is working again. For those who care I gave Joann roses on valentines day and told her how much I love and miss her,but I tell her taht 24 hours a day at home.The first time i gave Joann roses is when we were single,she gave me a card and a teddy bear,then i gave her a card she read it and said it was beaytiful. My mother told Joann to go in the ketchen and therer was the roses.She said are they for me and and I said yes she came to me with the roses and said you care you care, she huged and kissed me and whispered in my ear, I love you,and that is the truth. NEW YEARS DAY 2009
This makes 35 years in a row with my wife. It was very cold and windy and yet when I stood over her grave I felt this warm sensation in my hear knowing, that when I go home,she will be waiting on the couch for me to watch her favorite part of the parade,the string bands,where we both try to pick the winner,of course this is only my imagination but its all I got left. What i did on thanksgiving.I took a beautiful tree flower to my wifes grave, and I talked to her about whats happening today and all the things we did together in the past. When i left,and got in the door and smelled her cooking the turkey the chicken the ravs and macs the potatoes corn peas and much much more as i walked in the kitchen there she was standing over the stove big as life. I was with my wife onnew years and a elderly man came up to me and said,is that your wife i here you crying for everytime you come here I said yes it is. He asked me where i am from. I told him south philly he said he lives four blocks away and comes every day to see his wife. A true story about our honeymoon
On sept 7th 1979,I made reservations at the Pink Seagull in Brigatiane N.J.for the honeymoon suiteon sept 15th 1979, our wedding day. It will be 28 years next week. We checked in and then went to Resorts Casino, before we went in, outside as big as life was Wilt Chamberlin with a blind on both arms. I shook his hand and told him we are on our honeymoon. He bent down and kissed Joann on her cheek and said, i wish you luck in life, and in the casino tonight. We went in the casino and Joann said,thats the biggest hand and the beggist man i ever saw in my life.

My father went to the cemetary this tuesday that past. Thier was 6 inches of snow onthe grave. He got on his hands and knees and dug a whole through the snow to put the flowers in their for my mother. its been 10 months since my wife passed away. They said as time goes by, you will ajust to your life without Joann,but everyone is wrong.I love and miss her more,with every passing day.I go to see joann every week, since she has been gone,Iput fresh floweres on her grave every week.The sad part about this story,is that I only gought her flowers in the begining of our relationship,that was for valentine and when she had our son.I will hate myself for the rest of my lifefor not giving her floweres after all these yearstogether. Dear Dad,
I have finally got the chance to read all of the beautiful letters you, Frankie and friends that knew Joanne. I wanted to also write something of what I thought of Joanne as my stepmom. I was only 14 years old when you married her, my first impression was she's a really nice person for you and I could tell she was not a phoney. I was glad for you and Joanne and could tell that you were very happy together. As time went by, we would visit every other weekened and as my sisters and I grew older we would try to come for dinner and alternate the holidays. Joanne would always make what I would call a feast. She literally would make from soup to nuts. Everything was always delicious. My favorite were her homemade cavatelli's. I was totally shocked when I heard about Joanne, and surprised when God was calling her so soon. She was a very stong willed person and I think her best quality was she was extremely compassionate. I remember one time down the shore she took care of me when I was sick and was very concerned and did everthing she could to make me feel better. I think what I loved about her most was her laugh. She had a funny laugh and a beautiful smile. Her teeth were perfect. Anyway, I wanted to contribute to this guest book and remember her as a wonderful human being who was never selfish and had a heart of gold. New Years
This new years eve, was the first time in 30 years, that I was not with my wife Joann. At 12 o clock new years,I was all alone in my house in the dark crying my eyes out for my wife. There were some people out side shouting happy new year and alot of fire crackers going off, and thats how i knew it was 12 0 clock. But new years day int he pouring ran I went to her grave,and I wished my wife happy new year for the 30th time of our lives together.I will do this for the rest of my life. I know alot of people will thing I am crazy,for what i am about to say now.That is, I will never decorate a window or inside my house or buy a tree again, as long as i live. Joann was the most generous person i have ever known.She bought for her family,friends, for me and especially for my son. No matter if we had the money or not, she would somehow do it. The one thing I am proud of the most,is what Joann said to me. She said ,you tought me to watch Christmas shows, Christmas animated stories, also Christmas commercials, and to drive around at night time up and down the city looking at all the Christmass decorated windows and houses. We did this all the years that we were married, and in our car we would play nothing but Christmas music until the holiday was over.At 12o clock Christmas eve,we would kiss eachother say merry Christmas I love you Frank I love you Joann, no matter if we had fought or argued for a week or that day. That proved to me and her that we realy loved each other, and that shows the power of Christmas

She always said to me and my mother, you two people have the most christmas spirit i have ever seen in my life. Decorations outside, and especially inside and every room is decorated. With a real christmas tree and a nativity set and gifts all around have made me love Christmas, more than any other day of the year. As time past me and Joann got married.When my mother died and me and Joann moved to 1335, she said dont worry frank i will decorate our home just like your mom did. But Joann was wrong she decorated better than my mom, and till this day in my life, nobody can decorate a real tree like Joann did.

I heard banging in the parlor and then she said ok you can come in now. When i walked in i saw i giant christmas stocking with my name on it, hanging on the entryway door. it was 6ft long and 2ft wide.And it was stuffed from the top to bottom with gifts.She made me cry because i felt like a kid again,and i said Santa Clause did come. Here, i thought i spent alot of money on her gift it turns out that she spent, three times as much on me. I counted the gifts in the stocking,thier was 32 of them.Thier was everything a man needs from A to Z. Nobody has ever made me feel so humble,and thankful as joann did. By the way,she only made a dollor an hour at the place that she worked. It took her five months to save up the money for me and her family.

Joann lived at 1332 and i lived at 1335. This was my first christmas with Joann, she got up with her family,exchanged gifts with them,then came over to my house to exchange gifts with me and my mother. She opened my gift and it was a tan winter coat to match those tan boots she wore everyday. she tried the coat on and ran up to me and said, I love it I love it.She huged and kissed me and whispered in my ear,I love you frank with all my heart. I had told Joann just to buy me old spice for christmass and thats all.After me and my mom opened up all the gifts thier was nothing for me from Joann under the tree.Then my mother said lets go eat breakfast while i was eating, Joann said stay in the kitchen and dont come in the parlor

THANKSGIVING DAY WITHOUT MY WIFE
THIS WILL BE THE FIRST IN THIRTY YEARS THAT JOANN WILL NOT BE WITH ME. SHE WOULD GET UP AT 5AM AND START COOKING, SHE WOULD PUT TWO TABLES TOGETHER FROM THE KITCHEN TO THE PALOR.THIS IS WHAT SHE DID EVERY YEAR BECAUSE SHE KNEW HER FAMILY AND MY FAMILY WOULD STOP OVER. SHE KNEW WHAT EVERYBODY LIKED AND SHE WENT OUT AND BOUGHT IT. THIS IS THE FOOD THAT SHE MADE RAVIOLI'S, MACARONI, SOUP,TURKEY,CHICKIN LEGS,BAKED HAM, STUFFING, MASHED POTATOES,YAMS, BAKED POTATOES, PEA'S CORN, DEVIELD EGGS, CRANBURIES, ITALY BREAD, ROLLS,SALADS, TOMATOES, AND PIE'S PUMPKIN, COCONUTAND APPLE ALL KINDS OF SODA, WINE, COFFEE AND THE DRINK SHE LOVED THE MOST EGG NOG. AFTER EATING THE MEN WOULD WATCH FOOTBALL AND THE WOMAN WOULD SHOOT THE BREEZE, THEN AROUND 5 OR 6 OCLOCK WE WOULD START EATING AGAIN. BUT THIS THANKSGIVING I WILL BE AT JOANN'S GRAVE I WILL SPEND IT WITH HER I WILL NOT LEAVE HER ALONE ON A HOLIDAY, AS LONG AS I LIVE. I WILL NEVER EAT A THANKSGIVING DAY DINNER AGAIN WITHOUT MY WIFE. OCT.6 IT MADE IT SIX MONTHS SINCE MY WIFE PAST ON.IN MY SIXTYFOUR YEARS THESE SIX MONTHS HAS BEEN THE WORSTE IN MY LIFE. I SEE HER IN THE PARLOR LAYING DOWN WATCHING TELEVISION AND SMOKING AND SHES CALLING ME COME AND RUB ME DOWN BEFORE I GO TO WORK.I USE TO DO THIS EVERYDAY I THOUGHT I LOVED AND MISS MY MOTHER MORE THAN ANYTHING BUT I WAS WRONG I MISS AND LOVE JOANN MORE THAN MY MOTHER.PEOPLE SAY TO ME SHES IN GODS HANDS NOW AND I KNOW THAT THEY MEAN WELL BUT I SAY I DONT WANT HER IN GODS HANDS I WANT HER IN MINE. IN 1951 OR 52, MY MOTHER AND FATHER BOUGHT THE HOUSE AT 1335 SOUTH FAIRHILL ST. MY MOTHER GOT TO KNOW THE NEIGHBORS RIGHT AWAY AND THEY GOT TO LIKEING HER RIGHT AWAY. MY FATHER WAS SICK WITH A BAD HEART BUT HE WASNT THAT BAD YET. AS TIME WENT ON WE GOT TO KNOW THE PEOPLE ACROSS THE STREET AT 1338 VERY WELL.EVERYDAY AT 4 O CLOCK MY MATHER AND FATHER WOULD BYE BREAD AT THE CORNER STOOR. ONCE IN A WHILE THIS LITTLE GIRL WITH A SHORT DRESS AND VERY SKINNY LEGS WHOS NAME WAS JOANN USE TO GO TO THE STORE FOR US AT 4 O CLOCK AND BYE THE BREAD. AND WHEN SHE WOULD COME BACK THEY WOULD GIVE HER A NICKLE FOR GOING TO THE STORE.SOMETIMES ID BE COMING HOME AND I WOULD SEE THIS LITTLE GIRL AND SAY HELLOW JOANN AND THEN THIS LITTLE GIRL WOULD SAY HELLOW FRANKIEEEE THEN SHE WOULD LAUGH AND RUN AWAY WITH THESE SKINNY LITTLE LEGS. I WOULD ALWAYS HERE HER GRANDFATHER HOLLORING JOWAN JOWAN COME HER STOP SCREAMING WHILE HER SISTER NEVER SAID A WORD. WHEN I GOT MARRIED FOR THE FISRT TIME SHE CAME TO MY WEDDING. I ALSO MARRIED JOANN LATER ON WE WERE BOTH BORN ON DEC 7

This is a story about a woman who took care of me for 30 years. On sept 15th 1979 me and joann got married at Yerkes in upper darby Pa.We would have been married for 27 years.I also went with her for three years prior. A month before the wedding joann came up to m and gave me an ultimatum. She said i know you miss your first wife and three children very much.But i will be 30 this coming Dec.So i am asking you to marry me if you say no i will have to leave you and move on with my life. i was shocked when i heard this and i did not know what to say then she says to me i only wish two things from you if you say yes you know that i love you more then anythingand i will take care of you for the rest of my life and the other thing is that i want a baby witH only you. She said i only want one child because i know you have other children to take care of. I gave her the two wishes right away after what she had said to me. it turned out to be the greatest decesion of my intire life. She was the greatest mother and wife a man could ask for I love Joann more then anything in this world and you know what i miss her more than i love her
