Pat and family. We are so sorry for the loss of Jack. He was a wonderful neighbor, and we are blessed to have known him. We are praying for your peace and comfort at this sad time. Love , Joe, Donna and Greg.

I have known Jack since shortly after Pat started dating him. Jack was always full of life, interested in everything and not shy about expressing his opinion. That is what I remember most about Jack, his discussing everything under the sun- at length. In fact when my children were small and were visiting the Arndts family I would have to remind him that they were little and needed to go to bed-I had to take him home.
Kidding aside, I will miss his discussions, his love of life, and how he loved his family.

I have known Jack since I was six years old. He took an interest in me and what I was doing and he always had time for me. We played tennis, wiffleball at Lyons Lake and watched old movies and TV shows together.
Most of all he was a good husband, father and provider for his family.
His Christian faith grew stronger through the years and I am sure he is with God and we should not lament at his death as he has truly had a "wonderful life".

I am thankful for the impromtu Christmas Day mass that grandmom, grandpop, Becky, and I had attended. We celebrated and opened gifts around the Christmas tree; a plant at the nursing home table which I had turned into a tree. And Ill never forget the nickname that he gave me after forcing him to push forward with his exercises again so that he can remain strong. From that point forward, he'd annouce, " My harasser is here." Rest easy for you are in God's hands.

My prayer-That my father sought Jesus with all his heart and recieves the salvation promised at the return of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
1 Thessalonians 4:13-18
13-But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope.
14-For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him.
15-For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep.
16-For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
17-Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
18-Wherefore comfort one another with these words

He's really, really, really Praising the Lord now(and dancing) -- in person! I believe Our Lord is praising him too-- saying,"you have competed well-you have kept the faith-receive your crown of righteousness."
He was a wonderful person - full of wisdom. I learned much from Jack & I will miss him.
