Passed away on December 10, 2018 at the age of 78. Beloved husband of the late Patricia A. (nee Egan); loving father of Coleen Zimmerman (James), John F. Kelly, Michelle Overwise (Mark), Patricia Rosati (Ronald) and Daniel Kelly; brother of the late James Kelly. He is also survived by his 14 grand-children. John retired as a captain with the Phila. Police Department after 32 years of service. Relatives and friends are invited to John's Life Celebration Sunday, Dec. 16th, from 6 to 8 P.M. at JOHN F. GIVNISH FUNERAL HOME, 10975 Academy Rd., Phila. and on Monday, Dec. 17th, beginning at 9 A.M. at Maternity B.V.M. Church, 9220 Old Bustleton Ave., followed by his Funeral Mass at 10 A.M. Int. Resurrection Cemetery.
