On March 18, 2019. Husband of the late Mary Claire (nee O'Keefe). Father of Mary Claire Curran (Gene), John L. Jr., Robert (Linda) and Chuck (Nancy). Granddad of Kellie, Molly, Caitlyn, Gene, Rob, Chuck, Drew, Ryan, Jillian and great Granddad of Grace, Carter, Scarlett, Colin and Blake. Brother of Bud McIntyre (Betty). Relatives and friends are invited to his Viewing Saturday 9:00 A.M. at St. Christopher Church, 13301 Proctor Rd., Phila., PA 19116. Funeral Mass 10:30 A.M. Interment Our Lady of Grace Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations to St. Christopher Church at the address listed above or to Holy Redeemer Visiting Nurses, 12265 Townsend Rd., Phila., PA 19154 would be appreciated.

Dear McIntyre Family, On behalf of my family and I we would like to extend our heartfelt sympathy. Your father was a true gentleman. When I was just starting in business almost 40 years ago he did everything he could to help a young guy be successful. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time. My prayers and condolences to the entire McIntyre family, whom I have had the pleasure of knowning since my high school years. Mr. and Mrs. McIntyre were like second parents to me and I have the fondest memories of visiting them. I always enjoyed visiting Mr. McIntyre in his later years and hearing his stories about WW II. I know tha Mr. McIntyre is now at peace in the Lord and that he is with his beloved wife and other loved ones who have passed before him. I will continue to pray for Mr. and Mrs. McIntyre and always think pleasant thoughts whenever I do so- thanks for the friendship and memories Mr. and Mrs. McIntyre!
