JONATHAN ROBERT FOX Obituary

FOX JONATHAN ROBERT 70, a Philadelphian architect passed away on June 19, 2021 after a long battle with COPD. Born September 24, 1950 in Spokane, Washington. He was a son of the late Dr Joseph Robert Fox. and Jane Jarrett Fox. Jonathan is a graduate of The Lawrenceville School, the University of Delaware, and the Rhode Island School of Design. He was proud of his schools and maintained alumni relationships through the years. Jonathan's life journey was filled with his love of Art, Architecture and sports. As a young baseball player, he became his team's pitcher winning the major league championship. In later years he became a tennis player and an instructor at the Rehoboth Tennis and Sailing Club. He enjoyed listening to both Classical and Jazz music, and spending summer vacation time at Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. Though a transplant to Philadelphia he developed a fierce loyalty to both the Philles and the Eagles. He is survived by his wife, Marion Konz Lake, a son from a previous marriage Eric Joseph Fox of Land O'Lakes, Fla. (Stephanie), his mother, Jane Jarrett Fox of Greenville, De, his brother, Howard Gregory Fox of West Covina, Ca. (Gloria), his sister, Karen Fox of Winchester, Mass. And the mother of Eric Joseph Fox, Debra Joseph of Tampa, Fla.
