I worked with Joe for over 20 years, first at Hangley, Connolly and then at Eckert Seamans. I have the utmost admiration and respect for this kind and gentle man. My sincere condolences to his wife, family and friends. He will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him. Maxine DiRenza
