JOSEPH April 27, 2006 of Springhouse, Montgomery County, PA, formerly of Philadelphia, PA; father of Jean Jewel DeHaven Pompey and the Hon. Carol S. Wells; godfather of Angela Combs; brother of John Dinkins; grandfather of Samantha Lea Pompey, Gregory D. Wells, Jr., Benjamin Wells, Theodore C. Wells and Khyler O. Wells; and fraternity brother, relative, neighbor and friend to a host of others. Viewing on Wed. May 3rd, 9A.M. to 11 A.M. at First Baptist Church of Crestmont, 1678 Fairview Ave., Crestmont, PA (just off of Easton Rd. and Hamilton Ave.) Funeral Services to begin at 11 A.M. Int. Fairview Cem. Joseph was a wonderful man. Very kind, personable, and always made me laugh. He spoke so fondly of his daughters, and how proud he was of them. I will miss his sense of humor, and his gentle smile. My prayers go out to his family.
