I am blessed to have grown up in a wonderful neighborhood where our love for each other and our bond goes beyond this earthly plane. Joe was a father and friend to me - I think everyone claimed him as their good friend. What a man! I celebrate his life and our fond memories. How blessed are we! I look forward to that day we are all together again!!!!!

Joe Duggan was the KING. Big Al said it was so and therefore it is. We can all only hope to have lived at least half of the life that he had. Nothing but the fondest and funniest memories.

To the entire Duggan Family,

Both Carolyn and I want to express our deepest sympathy on the passing of our dear friend, Joe, in graduating to the next dimension. We are sure that he is cradled in God's arms, and will watch over us in his heavenly-life just as he did in his earthly-life. Joe was such a joy to all, and he will be missed by all everyday going forward.
