JOSEPH W. JR., suddenly on Aug. 29, 2005, age 26. Loving fiance of Susan Gibson; loving expecting father of Mallory Rose; beloved son of Donna and Joseph W. Howlett Sr.; dear brother of Sean; beloved grand-son of John and Arlene Whalin, Elizabeth and the late William Howlett; sadly missed by his great grandmother, Elmira Buzniak; his many aunts, uncles and cousins. Relatives, friends and members of IBEW Local 98 and Riverfront N.Y.B. are invited to his Viewing Thursday eve, 7 to 9 P.M., and his Funeral Friday, 8 A.M., MURPHY-RUFFENACH FUNERAL HOME, 3rd and Wolf Sts. Funeral Mass Friday, 9:30 A.M., Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church. Int. Holy Cross Cem. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Joey's memory to Susan Gibson for Baby Mallory Rose Howlett Trust Fund, 342 Wolf St., Phila. PA 19148.

Hey Joe just stopping in to say happy birthday it's been awhile. Not a day goes by that I don't think about you pal and all the great times we had growing up with everyone. I wouldn't have wanted how we all grew up any other way. I truely had the best time of my life with you and the group of guys and girls we grew up and your family is the best. I wish you were here with and certain things happen or songs come on and I think about you. You were our back bone and we are still trying to get it better. Hope your proud of everyone with the way we are holding things down and the things we are doing with the club from softball to new years day and so on and so on.
