JOSEPH McCORMICK Obituary
JOSEPH G. on July 17, 2016. An admired and respected government relations professional, died Sunday at the age of 60. Mr. McCormick was a Managing Director of The PFM Group. He is the husband of Pamela Sarne McCormick, and the father of Brittany and Alex. He is also survived by countless relatives, friends and colleagues. His Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, July 21 at 12 Noon at St. Thomas of Villanova Parish Church (on campus), 800 E. Lancaster Ave., Villanova, PA, 19085, with visitation beginning at 10 A.M. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to Christian Brothers Grant Fund at LaSalle College High School, 8605 Cheltenham Avenue, Wyndmoor, PA, 19038 or Villanova School of Business Fund at Villanova University, 800 Lancaster Ave., Villanova, PA, 19085.

I came across Joe's obit by accident. I'm so sorry I didn't know of his passing. I'm so very sorry for your loss. You have to try to stay strong. He's in heaven with Vince.

You were one of a kind. I am sorry I doubted your sincerity. You helped me through the crisis of loosing my husband this year. Brittany & Alex need to know you unconditionally loved and adored them and spoke of them often. When needed you were always "One Call Away". I am so happy to have known you. I will never forget you and your smile. I hope you have now met Wesley.

I am deeply saddened to learn of Joe's passing. I first met Joe when he worked for Tom Foglietta and continued to interact with Joe during his time at Boeing, SEPTA and PFM. Joe was an unusually competent and nice person who never had a negative thing to say about anyone. Joe was a cumsummate professionsl who left a positiive impression on everyone whom he met. Heartfelt condolences to Joe's wife and family.
