JOSEPH R., May 9, 2012. Beloved husband of Frances (nee Lorenz) and formerly the late Reggie Osiecki. Loving father of Andrea Fitzgerald (Michael) and Joseph (Marcia). Dear stepfather of Susan D. Cook; also survived by his grandchildren: Joseph Michael, Evan and Regina; brother of Lynn Walther, Julie Mason and the late Thomas. Mr. Osiecki was a former Phila. Phillies minor league first baseman. Relatives, friends and Carpenter's Union Local #122 are invited to his Funeral Monday, 8:30 A.M. at THE JOSEPH A. QUINN FUNERAL HOME, cor. Roosevelt Blvd. and Sanger St. Funeral Mass 10:30 A.M. St. Martin of Tours Church, 5450 Roosevelt Blvd., Phila., PA 19124. Int. Our Lady of Grace Cem. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory to St. Martin of Tours Church at the above address would be appreciated.

Dear Frances, Susan and Family:
We are so sad to learn that joe died; these last few months were so difficult for him and we had been praying for his recovery. God knew he suffered enough and took him home.
Please accept our sincere sympathy. We will not be able to attend the funeral because we are away.

Only met Mr. Osiecki one time but knowing his son joe as well as i do he must have been a very good man, May the Lord accept you into his arms eternally.

how i remember uncle joe. visiting and staying with him
and aunt reggie...in their beautiful home.
she taught me how to sew...which i took to making my
own wedding dress. uncle joe...full of love and life
and laughs...kindness and strength.
