Dear Dori, and Michelle, and family,
My thoughts are with you all, and with Kathleen, I will fondly remember her sweet smile, gentleness and her quiet strength and determination. She was quite a lady, and will be missed.
Sincerely, Deb Tangi (Penn Hospice)
