KATHY ANN (SHEILA), 42, of Philadelphia, died October 2, 2010. Surviving are husband, Andre; 4 sons, Andre M. and Benjamin, Ronald Butler Jr., Felix Barbour; mother and step-father, Judith and Frederick Osborne, of Ivoryton CT.

sheila was one of the most loyal and trusting friends someone could ever want. i ws to unfortunate to ever actually meet her but she earned my trust and respect nun the less. she will be missed and i am gla to see her go and to be free from the pain she was in

Kathy was a good VW player and friend. We all shall mourn her passing. Think not of this as an ending, but merely a new beginning for her soul. She shall always watch over those whom she loved and cared about. So long as she is thought of warmly she shall never be truly gone from the lives of those who thought well of her. I am saddened to hear this news. I only hope her family can find comfort in that she is no longer in pain. Also she is with her God. My deepest sympathies for the loss of such a good clan member, I did not know Sheila very well but there have been a couple of occasions that that she had been of great help to me.
