Dear Bob and Family, I'm so very sorry to hear of Kelly's passing. I am shocked and speechless and my heart is very heavy. Though we were in the same classes in college we didn't really know each other but we made up for it in medical school. I have many fond memories of her and her crazy fun self which keeps me smiling. I always thought she would be there through the years but God had other plans to take her so soon. Thank you, Kelly, for being an important part of my life. My thoughts and prayers to your family.

Kelly, everyday I wake up and think this is a horrible dream and we will be having tea time in Freehold again. You were a strong, competitive, amazing lady! There was nothing you didn't know! Will miss your stories and sense of humor. I feel privileged having known you and worked with you and honored to call you a friend. Keeping Bob, Rachel, Sara, Rebecca and Matthew in my prayers always. Wish we had more time. RIP Kelly...till we meet again.

I so saddened by this. To Bob and the kids - Kelly was a shining star in Hammonton. I knew Kelly well through her school years - and then into Rutgers years. We were in so many classes together and sports. And, then for 4 more years as we both attended Rutgers. I will never forget the Cross Country boys team challenging Kelly's Field Hockey team in a co-ed showdown. Of course, the boys didn't know any of the rules, so the whistle was being blown every 5 seconds for obstruction, and using the wrong side of the stick! I think the Girls beat us pretty good -
but I don't remember because we were all having too much fun.
Kelly's spirit was always fun, smart, fair, compassionate and strong - and did i mention fun? I always thought the world of Kelly. From knowing Kelly when she was young, I'm sure she was a great Mom and Doctor and Wife and Friend to so many. When we were young, she always had a great approach to challenging situations. In my mind, she was just cool. She was smart, but played it off. Didn't rub it in anybody's face. She was strong, but would listen. She was athletic - but not a bully. She was driven, but never condescending. She just had such a fun spirit to ride through life. I really admired everything about Kelly. She was a wonderful, wonderful person. I am devastated that a friend would pass too early and too inexplicably - but I am thinking of her sister Sherry and their Mom. I am thinking about Bob and the kids. I live in Colorado. We stayed in touch with occasional texting, exchanging family photos, and jabbing about different things. Kelly was the type of person you could potentially not communicate with for a 2 year period and - within minutes - be back in touch and laughing at something! Just like no time had passed. And the last time I saw Kelly was with Bob while they were appliance shopping in Center City Philadelphia - I randomly texted that I was on the East Coast for something and next thing we know we discover we are both in Center City. Within minutes, we are catching up randomly (and laughing together in no time at all!) on a snowy winter day in Center City at an appliance store of all places! Rest in Peace Dear Kelly and thinking of your entire family and wishing peace amidst this challenging event. Heaven just got a little more fun with your beautiful spirit!

Kelly was my fellow resident at PMR residency; she was truly a gifted physician, down to earth, that could relate to anyone she met; she was a woman of integrity never afraid to fight for what was right. We'd had many happy memories of silly fun, having our babies around the same time, sleepless call nights. RIP Kelly, would miss the sparkly eyes and lovable personality. Our sympathies to Bob and the children.
