DR. LEONARD, May 12, 2007, husband of the late Sylvia, father of General Howard Krawitz, Commander Michael Krawitz and Lisa Carroll, brother of Lester H. Krawitz. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.

My 75 year old mother still talks about Dr. Krawitz and his hospital in West Philadelphia. He took care of many of our dogs; he was the only one who my mother would let board them during vacations. He was a kind and wonderful man who certainly lived life to it's fullest. We celebrate his life and thank God that we knew him.

Doc taught me everything I know about veterinary medicine. He made work fun and the plaque the staff and I gave him said it all,"Doc could be called many things but boring ain't one of them!"
He was truly a treasure.
