Dear family of Lisa, especially her sister,
I ask that Jesus our Lord and Savior woukd continue to comfort you. We know that Lisa is in the love and safety of her Lord, free from the burden of sin and her physical body. We know we will see her again, awaiting that reunion and embrace.
But we continue to miss her down here.
We miss her smile, her eyes, her wise words!!
Just yesterday I was organizing some winter scarves, and I was thinking about Lisa. I remembered that she always had some beautiful scarves to accent her outfits. She was a beautiful woman. May God bless you and comfort you and strengthen you, and may you rejoice in these days approaching Easter, as we look forward to THAT day when we will see Jesus and Lisa face-to-face.

Wow. I am in shock. Lisa was the most articulate, beautiful, godly woman. She will be sorely missed; though I know she is rejoicing with the Lord.

Lisa's short life was well-lived and impacted many. Our prayers are with those who were really close to her. May you find comfort in knowing she is with our Savior.

Dear family members of Lisa Weidman,
Joyce and I want to express our sympathies to you on the sudden passing of Lisa. We were shocked to hear of it. We worked under Lisa in Crossworld's Mobilization department and she was an wonderful boss. Her compassion and patience was a testimony to her and made our time under her very special. She was an excellent Christian woman and an example of the grace of Christ to all who knew her. Now she is truly in the presence of Christ, Whom she so dealy loved. Be assured of our prayers for you in this difficult time.
In Christ,
Harry and Joyce Straub

Dear Weidman Family,
My heart and prayers are with you at this time.
We know that Lisa is indeed with her Savior whom she trusted, loved, and served. My prayer is that God's truths and his very presence will give you strength in the days to come.
I was a UFM missionary in Mexico, a single woman, and Lisa was very kind and helpful to me whan I came off the field. When I attended Westminster we were able to connect more often. Lisa was always kind, wise, and encouraging with her words.
I love how the photo of her in this website shows her with a scarf. I remember that Lisa often dressed up her outfits with scarves.
God is truly pleased with his servant Lisa Weidman. She lived a life that glorified him. She has entered his Sabbath rest.

Lisa's family, Nancy
My name is Mary Galgon.
I am a physical therapist assistant at the Hospital of the University of PA. and met Lisa on Rhoads 7.
I was so sorry to hear about Lisa's passing on Easter.
I only had the opportunity and pleasure to work with Lisa once but she made such an impression on me.
The care that you showed to your sister was beautiful. She didn't say too much but she agreed that I had read her body language correctly. She loved to move.
At the end of our session she thanked me. I told her it was my extreme pleasure to work with her and I thought she was fun. You and Donna agreed that Lisa, was indeed, a really fun person to be around. She reached out her left hand to touch me in gratitude and I thought of that meaningful gesture over the weekend. I looked forward to working with her again. It was not to be.
Please accept my sympathy during your time of sorrow. I'm sure she is smiling down on you all.
Sincerely,
Mary Galgon
