LORRAINE CACCHIONE

CACCHIONE LORRAINE M. (nee Gangemi) Of Yeadon, PA, was born in Philadelphia, PA, on October 15, 1943 to the late Frank L. Gangemi (1973) and Anna M. Gangemi (née Frankina, 1989). She was the younger sister of the late Anthony L. Gangemi (2018). She passed from this world suddenly on August 8, 2023. After graduating from St. Maria Goretti HS in 1961, she embarked on a fifteen-year career with the federal government. In 1966, she became the beloved and devoted wife of the late John N. Cacchione (2022), and they celebrated 56 years of marriage shortly before his death. She was also the beloved and loving mother of son John F. Cacchione and daughter Elena T. Ziccardi (née Cacchione) (husband: Robert), grandmother of granddaughters Vanessa and Lana Ziccardi, aunt of nephew Michael Gangemi and nieces Maria White (née Gangemi) (husband: Thomas) and Michelle Deichert (née Gangemi) (husband: Ronald). She has many cousins. On Thursday, August 17, 2023, Visitation will be held from 9:30 A.M. to 10:45 A.M., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial starting at 11:00 A.M., at Saint Louis Church, 821 West Cobbs Creek Parkway, Yeadon, PA 19050. Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery in Yeadon.
