Mrs. Wolfington put up with me from first through 12 th grade and on into our"grown up years" . Tara and I have been lifelong friends since first grade and the Wolfington home was like a second home to me. Whatever battles came our way through losing a family member to dealing with the diseases of other family members she was always there to listen to me. She never judged me or scolded anyone she was just There. So kind and gentle and always felt like I had seen her yesterday even if a couple of years fled by. I loved Mrs Wolfington truly and unconditionally like I love Tara. The best things in life cannot be bought and the friendship and love she was at the helm of at the Wolfington home is one of those things.
I will miss you sweet Mrs Wolfington but I feel your presence through God . Emily Dickinson wrote...True love is Immortality....and through your children and grandchildren and great grandchildren you will never be gone.
May you rest in gentle peace and God bless your amazing family

Marcy and I were classmates at St. Matthias School in Bala-Cynwyd, PA from 1940 to our
graduation in 1948. She and her husband
Eustace graciously hosted our class' 63rd
reunion at their home in 2011. At that event she was interested to learn that our fathers had both grown up on the same block of Sansom Street in West Philadelphia.

Marcy was an outstanding wife and mother and a generous donor to many worthwhile causes, especially those relating to her very deep
Catholic faith. Despite her family's resources, she was always welcoming to her
friends from all stages of her life. She
made a difference in the lives not only of her family but also to everyone who knew her. She will be greatly missed.
