Mark, I will miss you more than you will ever know. I already miss seeing you every week when I would pick you up from work. We would talk about Mom, your old friends, growing up on Tudor Street. We had alot of good memories. You were my cool big brother that I was proud of. I will never forget when you taught me how to drive in your 440 midnight blue 1969 Dodge Charger....wow what a car. I was in my glory driving around Lincoln HS in that baby. I miss your wit, your smile and most of all, I miss my big brother... It is after midnight right now on November 29, and its your birthday... Happy Birthday Mark.... I wish you were here with me... but I guess you were needed more elsewhere. Give MOM a kiss and a hug for me, I miss you both. Love Always... your sister, Adriane

How do you say good bye to a Childhood friend who I secretly loved. I will always remember the long talks we had sitting on the steps on Tudor Street. The pranks you played on me like locking me in the garage, or trying to throw rocks in the pool at me. And when we got older your 350 white and black super car, the midnight runs to the Mayfair diner to get something to eat with the gang. I remember the day you got your pool table. And we all hung out in your basement you always played your favorite song " Night's In White Satin". And I asked you. "Is that the only song you know". and you said. "Just listen to the words" and I did and it became one of my favorite song too.

Mark,
I will always think of you when I play the song or when I hear it my Childhood friend. I know you are sitting on that star looking down at all of us. every time I look up at the stars I will smile and know you are there and when I see a shooting star I will know you are coming to say hello.
Night's in White Satin, never reaching the end, letters are written never meaning to be sent, these eyes seen beauty before, know what the truth is? I love you, I love you.
rest in peace my Childhood friend
and don't scare the little angels with your pranks.
love Joanne M Garvin
