MARY BEYER Obituary
MARY JANE "MJ" (nee Tonkinson) age 79, of Maris Grove, Glen Mills, PA, formerly of Bucks County, died Saturday, July 11, 2015, at home surrounded by her loving family. MJ was a loving devoted wife, mother, grand-mother and sister. Sister of the late Jules and Betty Tonkinson; sister-in-law of the late Eileen Tonkinson. Survived by her loving husband of 58 years Hank Beyer; her children Carol (Edward) Szkudlapski, Robert (Karen) Beyer, John (Cindy) Beyer, Christopher (Heather) Beyer, Mary Kay Beyer (Norm Graziani), Kathy (Dana) Rapp and Jean (Jeff) Kerneen; her brothers Art (Connie) and Gene (Sue) Tonkinson; also survived by 22 grandchildren. Funeral Mass Tuesday, 10:30 A.M. at the Church of St. Thomas the Apostle, 430 Valleybook Rd, Glen Mills, PA 19342. Visitation Tuesday from 9:30-10:15 A.M. at the church. Interment Private. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to, Catholic Charities, 100 North 20th St. Suite 301, Phila., PA 19103

Hank and family...Mary Jane was one of the kindest and most giving women I have ever known. She was a model to look up to for me as a mom, wife and caring woman. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

I have such fond remembrances of Mrs. Beyer from the late 70s when Bob and I were at Penn State together. I knew her then as a woman for whom faith and family were paramount. She was a lot of fun too! Continuing to remember her and all the Beyer Family in my prayers.
