McGOWAN
MARY M. "MAE", of Yeadon PA, on Oct. 5, 2008. Mae was born on Aug. 14, 1914 to the late Anna and Michael Kane of St. Gabriel's Parish in Phila. and was a graduate of West Catholic Girls High School. Wife of the late John W. McGowan, mother of Jack W. (Mimi) McGowan, Dr. Nancy (Stan) Wybranski, Pat (Karl) Kieffer, Connie (the late Chuck) Dougherty, Ginny (Jim) Walker, Geri (Dick) Schmid and Teri (Dick) Dwyer; also survived by 21 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren. Sister of Joseph Kane and the late John Kane, Catherine Carpenter, Anna Glackin and Michael Kane. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Mass, Thursday 11 A.M. at St. Dorothy's Church, Township Line and Burmont Road, Drexel Hill PA 19026, where friends may call from 9 to 10:45 A.M. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to EWTN (Eternal Word Television Network, 5817 Old Leeds Road, Irondale AL 35210.
