Mary Reistad Obituary
MARY C. REISTAD, 82, of PO Box 582, 167 Timber Lane Mt. Gretna died Thursday Sept. 7, 2006 in the Hershey Medical Center. She was the wife of Arne M. Reistad, Sr. to whom she was married to for 60 years today. Born in Phila., on Oct. 5, 1923, she was the daughter of the late Francis P. and Catherine Shields Gallagher. She was a former Teletype Operator for General Electric, Phila. She was a graduate of West Catholic High School, Phila. and a member of St. Paul The Apostle Church, Annville.
Surviving in addition to her husband is a son Arne M. Reistad, Jr. of Mt. Gretna and a grandson Arne M. Reistad III. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, at 10:30 A.M., from St. Paul The Apostle Church 125 S. Spruce Street Annville, PA 17003. Interment will be in Grand View Memorial Park. Viewing will be held on Monday evening from 7 to 9 P.M. at KREAMER FUNERAL HOME, 618 E. Main St., Annville PA, and also prior to the Mass. Christian Burial Vigil will be held Monday evening at 8:30 P.M. In lieu of flowers, contri-butions may be made to her Church or Catholic Charities P.O. Box 3551 Harrisburg, PA 17105.
