McCloskey Matthew H., IV. Of Bryn Mawr, PA. Peacefully on January 3, 2024 with his family by his side. Beloved husband of 60 years to Donna C. (nee Carioscia). Dearest father of Colleen von Ohlen (Robert), M. Patrick McCloskey (Susan), Kathleen Neff (Paul), Andrew McCloskey (Jennifer), Brian McCloskey (Maridel) and Sean McCloskey. Also survived by his 17 devoted grandchildren. Son of the late Matthew H. III and Joan Toole McCloskey and brother of the late John Dudley McCloskey. Matt's family will receive condolences on Tuesday evening from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at St. John Vianney Church, 350 Conshohocken State Rd., Gladwyne and on Wednesday morning at St. Thomas of Villanova Church (on the campus of Villanova University), 800 Lancaster Ave., Villanova. Starting at 10:45 A.M. with Words of Remembrances, followed by his Concelebrated Funeral Mass, with his Excellency the Most Reverend Nelson J. Perez, principal celebrant at 11:00 A.M. Interment private. In lieu of Flowers, contributions in Matt's name may be made to Serra International Foundation, 333 W. Wacker Dr. # 500, Chicago, IL 60606 or to the Matthew H.
