For me, Michael is a face of Gap International. He embraced our Owens Corning family as his own. He participated in each Imagine One with the same enthusiasm as the first. Whether in the cafe, in the halls of our World Headquarters, as a Table Coach ... anywhere I saw him, he greeted me with a full heart and a warm hug. I know he touched many, many lives at Owens Corning through his unwavering commitment and endless energy. I can only imagine how many people he touched through his leadership and through the Table Coaches who grew from being his partner.
From the front of the room, he was a safe place to look, always with a boost of confidence, with genuine interest and with a commitment that is difficult to put into words. I learned from him, I grew from my association with him, and I feel blessed to have known him. His face will always be there ... in a loving and unforgettable away.
I share in the sadness of your loss and in the celebration of his life.

Michael was a wonderful guy who I had the pleasure of doing a little business. Linda Lee my thoughts and prayers are with you. He left us so quickly that I still can't believe he's gone.

Michael will be missed by many people. I will always remember the way he laughed, his gentleness and kindness to others, and especially all the years we spent working together, learning from each other, or just having fun and hanging out. I will never forget Mike Kaye.
