I am so sorry for your loss. It´s such a loss to the world.
Dr. Levin was my pediatrician for longer than probably normal. One time when I went to see him, he kindly said to me, " ya know, I´m a pediatrician, you´re gonna have to find a new doctor." To which I replied, no I´m good. You´re my doctor. i think he found it funny enough because I was in my 20s at the time and he still saw me for a couple years after that. I think he was just so nice that he didn´t have the heart to turn me away. Whenever I see another doctor I compare them to him. He will always be my favorite doctor.

I often think of Dr Levin and what a great pediatrician he was. My children ages 35, 34 and 31 all remember him fondly. He was in our lives for over 21 years and I will never forget him.

I was sadden to find out that the world lost a great man, a great doctor. Dr. Levin was my children´s pediatrician back in the 80´s. They are now 38 and 35 years old. You could count on Dr. Levin to answer that morning call when you needed him. My children referred to him as Dr. Vinny. They loved him.
Our heartfelt condolences to the doctors family. It was truly an honor to know him.

Our heartfelt sympathies to the Levin family as I just heard of the passing of such a wonderful man.  It was evident he truly loved his profession through the care he exhibited to his patients.  Dr. Levin took my daughter as his patient 32 years ago (1989) at Nazareth hospital just after she was born (Barbara a NICU nurse referred us to him) and then our son in 1993 at his birth.  We are grateful to have had such a passionate pediatric doctor for our children.  He truly cared for and took special interest in his patients in such a unique way.   Thank you Levin family for willingly sharing him with many families!  He has touched lots of lives in so many ways.  Wendy and Tim Weir

I worked for Dr. Levin when I was a junior at St. Hubert's Highschool. I to this day remember he and his wife very fondly.

I am so sad that I just found out about this. Dr Levin was my pediatrician from the time I was a baby (1973) and was then the doctor to my 3 children and all of my nieces and nephews. There is no one on earth who my family trusted more. He was more kind and caring to us than most probably ever knew. There was a time when I was only 17 (31 years ago) and I had my first child. I was young and afraid but Dr Levin saw her for free for me (because it was before he accepted the medical card but it was all I had) for all her sick visits and checkups until he was able to accept her card which I think took about a year or so. To this day, I marvel at that because who is that kind and caring nowadays? My family and I have always referred to him as a real life superhero. And he was. When my little sister passed away, he was the first one at her viewing. He was so wonderful. I wanted him to live forever. I have never, nor will I ever, trust anyone as much as I trusted Dr Levin. We loved him so much. I feel so honored to have known him. The world is a less loving and caring place without him in it.

So sorry to hear of Dr. Levin's death. He took care of my 3 sons who are now grown. My youngest son has multiple disabilities and he took care of him into adulthood. He was a compassionate, knowledgeable pediatrician who went the extra mile to treat each child as an individual. His sense of humor was the icing on the cake. Sincere thoughts to his family who shared him with his patients. Ginny Conway

Dr. Levin and my kids, Charlotte, Liam and Ryan, in November 2018.

Dr Levin has seen us through Ryan's autism diagnosis and all the challenges that come with it, but has celebrated Ryan's triumphs with us, too. He was the one who contacted the doctor we needed to see to get the proper diagnosis after being on a year-long wait-list.

Dr Levin told Charlotte as an infant that she'll probably be in show biz because of her high-pitched cry. She loves dance class, and has been in the school play. When we told Dr. Levin, he giggled and said he always knew she was dramatic. ❤

He's given Liam high five after high five when we went in, post-cardiac procedures, for check-ups. Dr. Levin has said he can't believe the energy Liam has considering his heart defect.

If I'm lucky enough to find a pediatrician even half as dedicated as this Dr. Michael Levin, we'd be beyond blessed.

I was deeply saddened to hear of Dr. Levin's passing. He was a wonderful pediatrician for my two girls. He will not be forgotten by my family... I hope his family finds comfort in knowing that he touched so many lives and helped so many of us when we were new parents. No matter how many times I called him with questions or new parent emergencies, he was always calm and always made me feel better when I hung up the phone. I trusted him and knew he would always fix everything. He will not be forgotten. Thank you so much for everything, Dr. Levin. You were certainly loved.

My heart goes out to the family. Dr. Levin was a wonderful doctor and helped me immensely as a new mom back many years ago at this point. He was like an angel allowing patients to call and talk to him personally each day and always had patience and a calm, caring tone. Thoughts and prayers to all.

I was quite saddened and surprised by the loss of Dr. Levin. My first encounter with him was 28 years ago as he was my first born pediatrician. Many years later I heard that he had retired, which i found out did not last long. Missing and loving what was his true passion he came out of retirement and I had the privilege to work beside him. He was a kind, compassionate soul and will be greatly missed.

Dr Levin was my entire family’s Pediatrician and we all had kids, he is now theirs also. I cannot say enough kind words about his patience and willingness to sit with you until you understood anything he talked to you about. He was kind and soft spoken and we were all blessed to have him caring for us. May he Rest In Peace and his family have comfort in their hearts knowing he has touched so many lives!
