MICHAEL JOHN of Bryn Mawr, PA died on Oct. 28, 2016 at the age of 60. He is survived by his daughter, Katherine; sister, Rosemary; and niece, Anna. His Memorial Service will be held on Thurs. Nov. 10th at 11 A.M. in Church of the Redeemer, Bryn Mawr PA. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his Memory to the American Cancer Society, 1626 Locust St, Phila., PA 19103.

Michael was a close friend the past 34 years. A delightful, upbeat chap who only saw the best in people and held no prejudice against anyone. He will be dearly missed by many, including myself. I will never forget his bravery for dealing with his prognosis by continuing to work as long as he could. I, for one, have learned a lesson from him I will always remember.
