MILTON SOIFERMAN Obituary

SOIFERMAN MILTON "DR. MIKE" 78, formerly of Wynnewood and Margate, of Lake Worth Florida since 2010, died peacefully on the morning of May 16, 2021 at his home in Lake Worth. Dr. Mike is survived by his wife Susan, his son and daughter in law Erik and Shelly Soiferman, his daughter and son-in law Jill and Larry Goodman of Sharon, Mass., and his five grandsons, Sam, Josh, Max, Adam, and Owen. Mike was a trained attorney and physician, practicing medicine and law in South Philadelphia for over 30 years before retiring to Florida. He was the life of the party, the Bellaggio Community handyman, counselor of some, fixer of most, and friend to all. A consummate hobbyist, Mike was always found woodworking, pen turning, glass making, playing cards, or tennis. However, his greatest joy was his family and friends. Relatives and friends are invited to Graveside Services, Friday, 12 Noon precisely at Haym Salomon Mem. Park (Sec AC), Frazer, PA. Memorial celebrations will be held at a later date both in Wynnewood and in Lake Worth. www.goldsteinsfuneral.com

Today I came across a beautiful pen made by Dr. Soiferman. I was saddened by the result brought up by my immediate search of his name. My deepest condolences to the family and loved ones.
Dr. Soiferman gave me my first job after completing an internship with them in 2005. This was at Porter St in South Philadelphia.
I will always hold dear the good memories, laughs and experiences gained while employed by Dr. Soiferman. Thank you.

Sybil & I were so saddened to learn of Mike’s passing. He was a real “mench”. One memory of Mike was that he always said he worked to go on vacation. Our sincere condolences to you, Jill and Erick and their families. Rest In Peace Mike.

Hi Susan. I am so very sorry to hear about Mike. You know, we lived next door to him for about 15 years on Carpenter St.
Our families were very close, and his parents became Aunt Sadie, and Uncle Sam. We had such great times at “The Farm in Jersey.
May he Rest In Peace, and your family be well.
Fondly,
Herb Cutler

Dr. Soiferman was not only our family doctor but a true friend to our family. Most of my family were his patients. His banter and fighting with my mom in the office were some of the funniest conversations I've witnessed. I have missed him since his retirement. My love and prayers go out to his family during this difficult time.

I’m so sorry and so sad to hear this news. My deepest condolences to the Soiferman family. Dr. Soiferman “Mike” gave me my first job in the medical field. I worked for him for 8 years and every day was amazing! He was funny, kind, generous and yes the life of the party. I cried the day I left and moved on with my career, with his encouragement. I have an amazing career in the medical field because he took a chance and hired me! I will always be grateful.
Erik, I hope you broke your habit of pushing silent alarms buttons. (I hope that made you smile.)

My thoughts and prayers go out to his family . I was hired by Dr Soiferman in 1997 he was a great boss I still have the jewelry box he had made for me and the pen and penils that he had made for everyone he really loved doing that. I always liked after he retired he would stop in the office from time to time and listen to the stories he had to tell. Susan, Erik, Jill and family I am so very sorry for your loss I have alot of fond memories of him.
