NICHOLAS BARNETT Obituary
NICHOLAS LOUIS, October 16, 2011, of Wynnewood PA. Son of Carole E. Girard and Jay W. (Donna B.) Barnett. Brother of Adrian Max Barnett, Nathan Etienne Barnett, Olya Beatrice Barnett, Matthew Tarcov and Samantha (Kyle) Block. Grand-son of Hazel T. and the late Marvin Barnett and Winifred and the late Maurice Girard. Also survived by beloved best friend and girlfriend, Erin Clark. Relatives and friends are invited to Memorial Services Wednesday, October 19, 2011, 11 A.M., Congregation Rodeph Shalom, 615 North Broad Street, Philadelphia PA. The family will receive friends following Services in the Rodeph Shalom Auditorium and Shiva calls can be made at his parents home, Wednesday after 5 P.M. and Thursday after 3 P.M. They respectfully request that contributions in his memory be made to the Legacy Fund at Congregation Rodeph Shalom.

I learned of Nick's passing last night. My heart goes out to Jay, Carole, and the entire Barnett family. He will be deeply missed and remembered with love. Olav Hashalom.

My heart aches for your profound and unimaginable grief. I also lost my son, Haven Quinn, suddenly and tragically at age 26 last October 7th and can relate to the awful pain that you are experiencing. Although I didn't know Nick, I did know Erin, my son's first girlfriend in high school. Erin has been wonderfully supportive of me since Haven's death and through facebook, I was able to share the joy that she found with your son Nick. I hope you will find the same solace that I find in remembering the happiness your son gave to so many people and in the many ways friends and family put sunshine in his life too. I know there will be a hole in your heart forever. With time it will become less painful, although right now I too find this difficult to imagine. Dear Jay,
I just learned of Nick's passing. What a loss for all who had ever known Nick. What a smile!
The green leafs turn gold and crimson, Next year there will be a crop of shiny new greeen.
But I still miss the old ones
The new only reminds me of the old;

My condolences to you and your family. I always liked Nick. His untimely passing saddens me terribly. Until the day of my own, the fondest memories of him and the good times we all had in scouts will live on in my mind.

I remember taking Nick to a Cub Scots weekend when Jay was unable to join us. What a great kid and what a terrific friend to my oldest son.

Little Jay,
Little Jay as I called Nick, will be miss.
When Little Jay stop by the hotel, he would alway ask for me just to say hi Nancy. He alway had a smile when I saw him. I am so happy to had known Nick.
