NICHOLAS SALERNO Obituary
Relatives and friends are invited to greet the family on Saturday from 2:00 - 4:00 P.M. at the BRADLEY & STOW FUNERAL HOME, 127 Medford-Mt. Holly Rd., Medford, NJ, where a time of sharing will be held at 4:00 P.M. Interment will be private. In lieu of other expressions of sympathy the family requests memorial donations to the Nicholas J. Salerno Scholarship Fund for Mount St. Michael Academy, P.O. Box 1297, Medford, NJ 08055.

Dr. Salerno introduced me to the idea of the NJ Cord Blood Bank as a way to donate my baby's umbilical cord blood after his birth. That was back in 2001. Several years ago, I got a call from the NJ Cord Blood Bank inquiring about the health of the son I'd had in 2001 - there was a match and they were using his blood to save another life! Dr. Salerno, your legacy of caring will extend far beyond your life on this earth.

My sympathy goes out to Dr. Salerno's family. He was my doctor for many years and delivered all three of my children. His bedside manner was incomparable and that smile of his always made my day. He will definitely be missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with you always.

I am so sorry to hear the passing of Dr. Salerno, He was my ob-gyn for many years and during my first pregnancy. He was so kind and friendly and caring and always had a funny story to tell. He was a wonderful doctor who could put my mind at ease when rattled with nerves about giving birth for the first time. He will be missed by so many. Our prayers are with your family at this time.

I was privileged to know and work with Nick for many years. It saddened me a great deal to hear he has passed away. In my prayers I will remember him often. He was always a caring, kind,principled physician and wonderful man to know. My deepest sympathies to his family.

I am so sorry to hear about Dr Salerno. He was my favorite Dr at GSOBGYN. He was kind, patient and caring. I was sorry when he retired because I lost my favorite doc. Now I am sorry for his family because they have lost so much more. I will always remember him with a smile on his face and a warm disposition.

To the family of Dr. Salerno , when I learned of his passing the first thing I said was, he passed on his favorite holiday, Christmas Eve. He loved sharing his fabulous crab ravioli recipe and all the fish dishes he made for the special eve dinner.
I'm proud to say, he delivered my second son at Garden State hospital in Marlton on a cold snowy March late night and stayed with me the entire three hours... What a man, what a doctor ...another angel has been welcomed into heaven... Rest in peace....

My deepest sympathy and condolences to the Salerno family. Dr. Salerno delivered my daughter 26 years ago and he remained my doctor until his retirement. He was kind, caring, and compassionate. I have such fond memories. May his soul be bound in the bonds of eternal life.

Deepest sympathy to the Salerno family. Dr. Salerno was a kind, gentle, caring and compassionate man,with a wonderful smile. He was my doctor for more than 20 years and delivered my son. He was due to end his shift the night of my son's birth but stayed to be there for his delivery. He was an amazing man.
