I only just learned of Paul's passing. He was a good friend and trusted colleague of mine over 30 years ago. He was a terrific listener and someone who truly made me laugh. I had the pleasure of seeing Paul again in 2005 at the wedding of a mutual friend and I cherish that I had that opportunity.
My thoughts are with the family. He is missed.

It can be so hard to face the first year without your loved one, but the love of family and friends can carry you through.

Dear Bernadette and Family,
I met Paul when I worked in Hahnemann's Xray File Room back in 1975-77. My sister and brother also met him there. We all found him fascinating and loved him. He gave me a bunch of Irish things that had belonged to his mother. One was an old book that I recently donated to the Dublin Writers' Museum. He was a unique guy. I was just recently speaking about him to someone I know.... God bless all of you.

My sincere condolences to the family. May the God who binds up the brokenhearted and comforts all who mourn, sustain your family during this difficult time - Isaiah 61:1, 2.
