Philip Eustace Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Danks-Hinski Funeral Home on Feb. 3, 2026.
Philip Joseph Eustace, 83, Voorhees, NJ passed away peacefully with his wife and family by his side on January 31, 2026. Beloved son of the late Martin and Mary Rita Eustace (nee White). Loving husband of Jacqueline (nee Leitzel). Devoted father of Steven (Christine) and Philip (Linda). Dear brother of Mary Ellen Shields, Roseann Dittmar, Martin Eustace and Joseph Eustace. Cherished grandfather of Shawn, Emily, Kasey and Sarah. Also survived by his cousin Barbara Jo Hartzell and many nieces and nephews.

Phil was born in Philadelphia and moved to Voorhees in 1969. In his younger years, he enjoyed racing cars and carried that love of automobiles throughout his life. He worked for The Budd Company for over 45 years, where the company was a major supplier to the automobile industry and a respected 20th-century metal fabricator.

Phil's greatest joy in life was being surrounded by his family. He was especially known for hosting unforgettable Fourth of July family reunions that brought everyone together. He cherished the memories made at the family's Pocono house-days spent fishing, riding three-wheelers, and laughing with his sons. As a father, Phil always made time for his family and led by example, offering constant love, guidance, and support. He held a deep love for his brothers and sisters.

Phil's greatest accomplishment and the love of his life was his marriage to his beloved wife, Jackie. For more than 59 years, their bond was built on devotion, partnership, and unwavering love. Above all else, Phil treasured the time he spent with his grandchildren. They were his pride and joy, the light of his life. As "Pop Pop," he shared a special and irreplaceable bond with each grandchild, making sure every one of them felt seen, protected, and unconditionally loved.

Relatives and friends are invited to a visitation on Saturday, February 7, 2026 from 9:00AM to 11:00AM at Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish, Saint Luke Church, 55 Warwick Road, Stratford, NJ. Mass will begin at 11:00AM. Interment will take place privately. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Phil's memory to the Alzheimer's Association by following the link below.
