Marjory McShane (McNelis), age 89, of Lindenwold, NJ, formerly of Port Glasgow, Scotland, passed away on December 10th, 2025.
A dedicated member of Saint Lawrence church, she lived her faith every day. She served as a Eucharistic Minister, generously giving her time to travel to numerous nursing homes and hospitals to offer communion and companionship to the residents. She was also an active member of the Red Hats and the Legion of Mary, forming cherished friendships. Marjory enjoyed swimming, bowling, knitting, her summer home in the Catskills, as well as traveling to some of her favorite places, among them Ireland and Florida. Above all, her greatest joy came from being surrounded by family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. They were the light of her life.
Cherished daughter of the late Dan and Mary McNelis. Beloved wife of the late Thomas G. McShane. Devoted mother of Thomas McShane (Nancy), Kevin McShane (Amy), Pauline Marino (Michael) and Caroline McKenna (Bob). Dear sister of Christopher McNelis, and the late Mary McHugh and John McNelis. Loving grandmother of Bobby (Tory), Mark (Madeleine), Dan, Brian, Kristen (Cody), Gabrielle (Joe), Jack, Shane, Ryan, Brendan, Evan, Thomas and Michael. Adoring great grandmother of Charlotte, Teddy and Sam. She is also survived by many loving in-laws, nieces, nephews and cousins.
