I will always remember Uncle Pete with having a smile on his face, and always putting a smile on all of our faces. Your sisters, brothers and sister-in-law loved "spoiling" the baby of the family, and as much as we teased you for being "cheap" (as you readily, almost proudly admitted to), you actually were very generous and kind to us kids growing up. Because of your larger-than-life personality, you will be sorely missed.

Pete was such a joy to be around as he worked at the Hatboro Farmers Market selling his fine wood crafts, some of which now grace my home. He was always a pleasant and outgoing man and will be sorely missed by the HRA, Hatboro, and myself.

I met Pete last summer at the Hatboro Farmer's Market, as I was volunteering to help set up. He was so charming, and I looked forward to seeing him every week. I checked out his woodwork and, not always having cash in my pocket, lost out on one of my favorite of his creations. I do have another one of his signs, though, and when I put it out, I will always think of Pete and his easy friendship.

I worked with Pete Avanzato for many years and would always seek his guidance on tough issues. Pete would always have a resolution to the situation that made everybody feel like a winner in the end. Thanks for all your help Pete, i am sure you have all the angels laughing at your jokes!

Pete was a kind and caring soul. A great Man! He would do anything he could for his friends and family and even a total stranger in need. His visits will be immensely missed! Our prayers go out to him and his family who he cared about beyond what words can express. He always spoke of them. We will miss you dearly Pete!
