PETER MICHAEL, on Sept. 28, 2012. Beloved husband of the late ann Lou (Leonelli) Ranoia. Loving father of Joseph (Sheila); loving grandfather of Kimberly and DJ; loving brother of Flip (Antoinette), Elizabeth, Gilda and the late Angelo, Frank, James, Marie and Josephine; loving uncle of Lisa, Andrea, Anthony and Richard and great uncle of Richard Greco Jr; sadly missed by good friend Anthony Butch Cristelli; survived by many other nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends invited to his Funeral Mass Thursday 10 A.M. at St. Monica's Church, 17th and Ritner Sts., Phila., PA 19145. Int. private.

Pete and I were classmates at Barratt Jr. High, Class of June 1946. Although we were really never friends, Pete found my name on a mutual friend's e-mail, and we had been corresponding, only for the last couple of months. I was very shocked and saddened at his sudden death. May he rest in peace. I do have a photo of the class, and I e-mailed him a copy.
