On Dec. 11, 2019. Beloved husband of Gina (nee Weber); father of Jeremiah (Kaylee), Philip and Dahlia; son of the late Philip and Catherine; step son of Samuel DeMora; brother of Francis (Kelly), Joseph (Loran), also survived by 3 nephews, and 1 niece. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Funeral and Viewing Thursday, 10 A.M. from CIEPLINSKI FUNERAL HOME, 1018 S. 2nd St. followed by his Services at 11 A.M. Int. Private. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children 866-411-kids.

Phil. You will be missed more than you know. I've known you for 30 years. You've always been a phone call away. I'll definitely miss our conversations. Especially you patiently explaining the Bible to me. Gina, you know I am always here for you. No matter what when or how. I can't remember a time I didn't know you. I know we will see each other again . my prayers are with you gina and your family . I am thankful for knowing phil and I will miss my brother and being on the short end of penn state and ohio state talks . I am also glad that phil and your family never gave up on me and my family during the hard times. I am looking forward to that great reunion on the sky. we will always be there for you folks
