PHILLIP E., "CABBAGE", Sept. 6, 2011. age 62. Beloved brother of Leroy, Constance Arthur, Patrick, Nicholas, Barnita Huzzy, Tony, Denise Swygert-Huzzy, and Toni Williams. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and friends. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Viewing Saturday Sept. 10th 9 to 11 A.M. from BALDI FUNERAL HOME, 1331 S. Broad St. (ample parking on premises). Service will begin at 11 A.M. Int. Fernwood Cem.
