PHYLLIS ABRAMSON Obituary
PHYLLIS (nee Finkelstein), on Sept. 18, 2014, formerly of Dresher, PA. Beloved wife of the late Dr. Carl Abramson. Loving mother of Beth K. Bell Abramson, Cathy (Scott) Grossman, Marc (Jenifer) Abramson and the late Lawrence. Sister of Sylvia Freed. Also survived by 8 loving grand-children. Relatives and friends are invited to Graveside Services Tuesday 11:30 A.M. precisely Roosevelt Memorial Park. Shiva will be observed at her late residence in Hunting-don Valley, PA. Contributions in her memory may be made to Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, 2004 Sproul Rd., Suite 208, Broomall, PA 19008 or American Cancer Society, 1626 Locust St., Phila., PA 19103.

My mother Phyllis was a loving mother and grandmother , when my son Eddie was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis , she was there ,the day we got home from the hospital after he was hospitalized for 8 weeks and he technically died twice ,when we got home she was at our apartment cleaning , cooking , and giving loving support that we needed , my son to this day at 31 years old almost 32 years old still keeps a picture of him and his grandmother with him at all times. Without that Abramson fight ,and tenacity that we inherited from both my parents , I don 't think Ed would have made it this long , both my mother and father gave my son and i the strength to go against any obstacle , and to never give up , and to believe that god stands by our side. She also raising me to be a dedicated loving mother that would never give up . From her eldest daughter Beth ,
