Ray was one of the most generous and helpful people I ever met. He opened my first plumbing account down on Rector St. over 30 years ago...on a handshake and trust. No paperwork. What a great guy. You'll be missed, Ray.

Jay and family,
I am so sorry for your loss. I lived behind you on Leverington Avenue and went to Joel Cook school & Roxborough High with Ray. We had a lot of fun together and I always enjoyed seeing
him at our High School reunions and catching up. Again, my sincere condolences -

I knew Ray from Joel Cook School: the first one. Age 11, he was with me, age 12 at the time, when I almost killed myself sledding on the Walnut Lane Golf Course. He reminded me of this last time I saw him, several years ago, on one of my infrequent trips home, at one of his favorite haunts, the Domino Diner. I think he was as traumatized by it as I was.
