I only knew Rich for a very short time. He sold me the gutter helmet. In that short time, he has left and everlasting impression. He was such a nice person, very passionate about his work and very honest. I typed him a email today thanking him and received the devestating news that he passed. I am so sorry for his wife & daughter.

Lisa and Shelby,
Our deepest sympathy to you both. We thought the world of Rich. He was a special guy. He helped us with every car we purchased at Hopkins and always made it so easy for us. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He was always upbeat, kind and a gentlemen. I especially loved how kind he was to my Mom whenever she was with us. He will be truly missed. Please know you are in our prayers.

There is not too much anyone can say during this difficult period, however, I did want you to know I was thinking of you. I haven't worked with Rich for very long, however, he was a great guy, very kind and a gentleman in our conversations. My sincere condolences to you and your family

We did not have much time with Rich, but what I knew of him I will always remember. Always smiling, always laughing, always asking "How are you?" and remembering to say "Have a great day". He sounded truly sincere everytime we talked or had a chance to visit. My deepest condolences for his wife, children and family, Ill be praying for you all.
