Rita Cecelia Dugan

DUGAN Rita Cecelia (nee Murray) Passed away on April 24, 2025 at the age of 99. She is predeceased in death by her parents James and Cecelia Murray, her son, Daniel J. Dugan and her siblings Dolores, James (Rita), Raymond (Elsie) and John (Joanne) Murray. She is survived by her daughter, Patricia M. Dugan, Esquire, her granddaughter, Christine M. Dugan and many nieces and nephews. During Rita's working career she served as a Personnel Director for the City of Philadelphia. She later worked in the District Attorney's Office as Chief Administrator in the Charging Unit. Relatives and friends are invited to her Funeral on Wednesday, April 30, at Holy Innocents Church, 1337 E. Hunting Park Ave., Phila., PA 19124. Her Visitation begins at 9 A.M. followed by a Funeral Mass at 10 A.M. Interment will follow at Our Lady of Grace Cemetery.
