A deeply principled man, Bob is survived by Leba, as well as 4 daughters, Susan Shor (Joel) of Oak Ridge TN, Leslie Kimmelman (Raymond) of Ardsley NY, Carolyn Grodinsky of Montpelier VT, and Peggy Grodinsky of Portland ME (Joe Pollender). He is also survived by his sister Miriam Sophia Grodinsky (Dale Shillito) of Philadelphia; grand-children, Natalie Maroni (Alexander) of Brooklyn NY, Gregory Kimmelman of Ardsley NY, Alexander Shor (Xuewen Gong) of Nashville TN, and Emily Shor of Knoxville TN; and a new great-grandson, Julian Maroni.

Not a day goes by I don't miss my good friend Bob Grodinsky. Anytime I hear a good show tune ( I'm Getting Married In The Morning specifically) I think of Bob's voice singing it! It makes my day.

We have had the good fortune to have been dear friends of Leba and Bob for almost 55 years or more. He was the most unforgettable personality we'd ever met. This lovable man, this great father and husband will ever be remembered by legions of people who he helped over the years. We will miss him as will our entire family.

I have had the enormous gift of knowing Bob for 33 years. He has been a wonderful mentor with a flawless moral compass and a great sense of humor.
My father and I went to lunch monthly with Bob as all our offices were in walking distance in Jenkintown. My father and Bob took great pride in loudly presenting their Republican viewpoints in local restaurants where their views were not appreciated. Bob and my father both had booming voices such that I expected each time we might be invited to leave the restaurant. This was tremendously entertaining and I will never forget those lunches and all the wisdom Bob imparted exercising his right to free speech. He will be sorely missed.
