Dear Meryl-
I found out yesterday about my beloved Ruthie.
She was my friend after my mother, Ruthie, died. She filled my ears with wonderful stories of my mom and of Irv and of you and her beloved Nadine and Lindsey and Alexander.
I spoke with her the week before Thanksgiving. We laughed so hard, I was crying. I will forever remember and love her.

TO THE DIAMOND FAMILY - I AM THE GRANDDAUGHTER OF WILLIE DOULL WHO WAS MARRIED TO MARY SAFRAN. I WAS IN TOUCH WITH HANA A FEW TIMES AND NOW THAT I AM RETIRING WOULD'VE BEEN ABLE TO SEE HER. WHEN I LEARNED THAT YOUR MOTHER HAD PASSED WITH HANA I WAS DEEPLY SORROWED. WHEN YOUR MOTHER WENT TO GERMANY SHE BROUGHT MY AUNT BACK ROSENTHAL CHINA WHICH WAS DEEPLY APPRECIATED. Dear Stuart, Meryl, Art and Kimberly=as you know your mother was a dear friend of mine for many many years and though we did not see each other often, were frequently in touch and I loved her so very much--at one time, she was like a second mother to me, when you were very small and we were all in Nurenberg.. I have such wonderful memories of her and would like to share them with you..
