Loving wife of the late Francis, devoted mother of Lorraine Locke (Robert), Margaret Sickman (Joseph), Janet Sulimay (Joseph), Mary Wojtiw (Joseph) and the late Francis Jr., Patrick, Christopher and James, sister of Helen Graham and Robert Bender, many grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to her Viewing Thursday 8:30 A.M. to 10:15 A.M. BURNS FUNERAL HOME, 1428 E. Columbia Ave. (at Fkd. Ave.) followed by her Funeral Mass 10:30 A.M. Holy Name of Jesus Church. Int. New Cathedral Cemetery.

My grandmother was one of the most kind, generous, & loving people I have ever known.
I always looked forward to spending time with her and going to Sunday dinners at her house growing up.
I was lucky to be her grandson and she will be deeply missed.

McGinnis Family -- I have had a heavy heart since finding out yesterday that your mom passed in April. My own mother passed peacefully on February 15th of this year. My son, Michael, googled Ruth to try to make contact. Sorry I did not find out in time --- I would have attended the service. I remember when I married Ruth's oldest son, Franny, how in love I was, and how welcoming and accepting Ruth was to me. I will always have a special place in my heart for her (and for Fran). Dear Mom,
God saw you getting tired and a cure was not to be. So He put His arms around you and whispered “come to me.” With tearful eyes we watched you, and saw you pass away. Although we loved you dearly, we could not make you stay. A golden heart stopped beating, hard working hands at rest. God broke our hearts to prove to us, He only takes the best.
