Sincre Sympathy on your loss. We have enjoyed working with both Dr. Neff and his home bound patients. He was always very quick to respond to questions regarding his patients care. We here at Home Solutions in Somerpoint New Jersey were very sadden to hear of his passing. He will be missed.

We were very saddened to hear about the loss of Dr. Neff. We met Dr. Neff in August 1993 prior to our son William's birth. We were told that during the pregnancy our unborn child had hydroceph/dandy walker syndrome. Dr. Neff took the time to speak with us and gave us great hope. Today our son William is 12 yrs. old and doing well. We want to say thank you Dr. Neff ,you will be greatly missed.

I offer you my condolences and prayers for your beloved husband and father, Dr. Neff. I had the honor and privledge of working with Dr Neff at the Graduate Operating Room, Philadelphia. He was an excellent physician, surgeon, and teacher, his compassion and concern for his patients and their families was always visible and expressed.
His love for his family was apparent. I am grateful for the opportunity to have worked with him. My prayers are with his beloved wife and children, may your memories of him be healing to your hearts.

To the family of Dr. Neff, my sincere condolences. Dr Neff helped train me when I was the surgery fellow at St Christopher's. He was always very helpful and treated me like a colleague, not a trainee. His care of the children he treated was always exemplary.

Life is one long preparation for a big feast with the Master of the World---HaShem. We could be called to attend this feast at any time; none of us know our day of death. If we are one of the smart ones, we will live each day in preparation, urgently, intensely and purposefully.
Skip, my dear friend you lived your life like there was no tomorrow. That is for sure!
We met one day in 1992 in the Operating Room at Cooper Hospital and became friends that very first day. Over the years we have shared many adventures together...medical as well as personal.
Everyone who knew you has told me the same thing..."Skip was a real mentsch." That my friend, is what life is all about...a good name is worth everything. You touched us all. We miss you and know you are watching down on us from above and calculating the entropy coefficient.
To Janine, Robert, Yonatan, Daniel and the whole extended family--
HaMakom yenachem et'chem b'toch shar avay'lay Tzion ve'Yerushalayim.
May the Omnipresent comfort you among the mourners of Zion and Jerusalem.
All my love- Yonatan Daveed ben Moshe Yosef Halevi

I and my family offer our deepest sympathy to the Neff family. We will be forever grateful to Dr. Neff who removed a brain tumor from my then 17 year old son at Cooper Hospital. Thanks to Dr. Neff, my son is now a healthy 27 year old newlywed. He graduated from St. Joseph's University and is now working in law enforcement. Our eternal thanks, Dr. Neff. God bless your soul.
