Sibyl Kent Borden

Borden Sibyl Kent (nee Wood) Age 72, passed away peacefully on March 9, 2023. Sibyl lived a complete life full of love, service, and adventure. She grew up surrounded by a large family in Wawa, Pennsylvania. Sibyl passionately supported causes such as women's rights and native sovereignty. Later in life, Sibyl was a loving mother and a loyal friend. She drew strength and built community through her 38 years of sobriety. Sibyl remained kind and gracious throughout her diagnosis of multiple sclerosis and dementia. She was generous and had an adventurous spirit. Her beautiful smile and sense of humor will be deeply missed. Sibyl is survived by her children Travis, Scott, their partners Heather and Taryn, daughter Tracy Borden, grandchildren Ella and Lillian Kent Borden, and Kai and Ryland Borden-Mead. She is also survived by her 3 brothers, 2 sisters, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was a friend of Bill.
