Dear Joanne and family we send our condolences and loving memories of Stan. To me he was an example of a gentleman with patience and love who always found a smile. When he smiled it was as if he knew a secret that was beyond my knowing. As if he could see my goodness.

May His Light Shine On!

Dear Joannie and Family,
I was so sorry to hear about your loss. He was truly a remarkable and unique man. I will always remember him being rather quiet, breaking into a cute joke and then smiling from ear to ear-very pleased that he was able to bring you joy. He always seemed to be at peace with himself and the world. He always wore a smile and made you feel special and welcome. He was one of my favorites and I am thankful to have known him!
He was a loving and dedicated husband and father. A wonderful example to his children and grandchildren.
May his love surround you even though he is not present in this world and may it bring you peace and contentment in knowing tha he is still watching over all his loved ones.
Love,
Bernadette Krzywicki

Mr. Stankiewicz was my favorite high school teacher. I took Bio and AP Bio and had him both years. He made me love biology and science. I am now an RN. He was a wonderful teacher and I'll always remember him. (I am a 1986 grad). My condolences to your family.

I can remember the first day of Bio 2 class my senior year (88-89) when Mr. Stankiewicz asked us what our college major would be because if we were taking Bio 2, we'd likely be a science major. I hadn't figured that out yet, but by the time he got to me (at the end of the alphabet), I determined I'd be a biology major. I ended up pursuing a degree in biology and have been working as a marine biologist (and occasional science teacher) ever since! He teaching style inspired me (and a few friends) to really enjoy science - he was definitely one of those key teachers in my life. Thanks to his family for sharing him with us - my thoughts are with you.

Mr. Stankiewicz was a teacher I will never forget. (I graduated from Holy Cross H.S. in 1979) His enthusiasm for biology made it my favorite class and is the foundation for my career today as an RN. Thank you Mr. Stankiewicz. My thoughts and prayers are with the Stankiewicz family.
