Steve,
I will always love you, thank you for everything you did for me and the girls. I loved the way you took care of our four legged kids, you were such a good dad to them . I had hoped the best was yet to come , it wasn't to be. My heart is truly broken, I shall forever be changed by your love. There is so many unanswered questions. I wouldn't even no where to begin ? In midst of all the questions the one thing I know for sure is, " you will be missed tremendously and you were loved more than you could have ever imagined " Thankyou for the good years . xoxo !!! <3

Rest in peace Dad. Your memorial was beautiful. You had a great turnout and you were loved by many people. It doesn't really seem real that your gone. And I'm so grateful I got to see you a few times before you passed. I wish I could say a lot of things, but you know already. I know you do. Love you dad! And I will miss you terribly!!!

Stephen; What a Man! I had a lot of good times with him as we were growing up. He was so full of life and a little mischievous too but in a playful way, going to miss you Steve! Your friends Frank and Bonnie Haines. L.V.NV.

Steve was a good friend and a great help to me when I needed him. For several years he was an excellent ski partner. Steve truly had a rich life full of the important things it has to offer.

Steve, wasn't just my step-dad, he was my *dad*. He was the man that I could always count on and he has helped me in so many ways throughout my life. He was one of the most giving people I knew. He would help anyone at any time. If I needed help, no matter what time of the day or night it was, he would be there. My heart hurts knowing that he is not here anymore, and I will miss him dearly. Steve - I love you! And I wish I could have told you one more time that I love you before you passed on. <3

It was a shock to hear the news about Steve's passing. Having worked with him for the past 4-5 years he was always there with a friendly smile, story or experience to share. He was very knowledgeable about his trade and helped us in a variety of ways. He will be missed. My condolences to his family and friends. My thoughts and prayers are with them

Such a loss is so painful.. and there are no words that heal the loss of a loved one.
I will keep Steve in my heart, he was a good person, kind and generous to a fault. His loving family, and all of us he left behind will feel his absence in their lives.
God Bless

I worked with Steve for the last 5 years and it's still so surreal to me that he isn't here with us. Many tears have been shed here at CDC for him. We all miss him very much. My condolences to his family and I pray you can find some comfort during these hard times.

To Steve's family. Seeing all the posts this week on FB, I had no idea. I grew up with Steve, went from kindergarten through high school with him. He always had a smile on his face. I am so sorry for your loss. God bless.
