August 25, 2018. Loving father of Brittany and April. Beloved son of the late Thomas R. Sr., (Rebecca) and Patricia Chrupcala. Survived by his siblings Michele, David, Evelyn O'Neill, Theresa Tiliakos, and the late John O'Neill. Sadly missed by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Relatives and friends invited to viewing Saturday 10 A.M. - 12 Noon Funeral Services 12 Noon. TOMASZEWSKI FUNERAL HOME, 2728-30 E. Allegheny Avenue, Phila., PA, 19134. Interment private.

Tommy it´s been 6 years I miss and love you so much. It seems like only yesterday I know you and your brother John, your brother Joey and also your daughter Chelsea are all gathered around singing with the angels. Life is not the same without you guys here. I miss you more than you´ll ever know

This feels like nothing short of a nightmare. I will miss you forever. I know you are at peace and no longer suffering but that doesnt change that fact that our family is forever changed.
